Ik heb na jaren gebruik een erg slechte ervaring gehad met ZeusX. Mijn bestelling ging mis en daarna werd mijn refund niet teruggestuurd naar mijn originele betaalmethode. In plaats daarvan werd het bedrag op mijn ZeusX balance gezet, terwijl ik daar niet om heb gevraagd. Pas achteraf werd gezegd dat Open Banking niet ondersteund wordt voor refunds naar de bank.
